Reports

Employees can now create detailed reports directly in the system using predefined templates. This helps staff document important meetings and incidents in a consistent and organised way.

Each report can be linked to employees, parents, and kids, making it easier to keep everyone connected to the same information. Reports consist of a set of questions that allow for structured and flexible responses.

We’re starting with three built-in templates:

  1. First Parent Meeting: for recording key details from initial meetings with parents.
  2. Follow-up Parent Meeting: to document ongoing discussions and progress.
  3. Incident Reports: for logging any incidents that occur in the kindergarten.

More templates and customisation options will be available in future updates. Find the new feature under the menu "Kids".

New absences

Employees can now register three additional absence types for children:

  1. Inside and Outside — to help staff keep track of how many kids are inside the kindergarten building or out in the playground.
  2. Sent home due to sickness — to record when a child is sent home because of illness.

These options are only available for employees and not visible to parents.

Equipment Booking

Employees can now seamlessly manage and reserve resources in the kindergarten through an intuitive system. Create and categorize items into three groups:

  1. Vehicles (e.g., buses or vans);
  2. Equipment (like laptops, cameras, and projectors);
  3. Rooms (meeting spaces, activity areas, etc.).

Once created, these items are integrated into a comprehensive calendar, allowing employees to view and schedule bookings effortlessly.

The calendar provides a clear registry of all scheduled reservations.This feature streamlines resource management and ensures smoother day-to-day operations!
