Reports
Employees can now create detailed reports directly in the system using predefined templates. This helps staff document important meetings and incidents in a consistent and organised way.
Each report can be linked to employees, parents, and kids, making it easier to keep everyone connected to the same information. Reports consist of a set of questions that allow for structured and flexible responses.
We’re starting with three built-in templates:
- First Parent Meeting: for recording key details from initial meetings with parents.
- Follow-up Parent Meeting: to document ongoing discussions and progress.
- Incident Reports: for logging any incidents that occur in the kindergarten.
More templates and customisation options will be available in future updates. Find the new feature under the menu "Kids".
